Municipal Court

NOTICE

Municipal Court sessions will be held using hybrid format. Some Municipal Court sessions will be VIRTUAL, and some Municipal Court sessions will be MANDATORY IN PERSON.

The court Office is open for filings and payments.

Services can be accessed through alternative means.

Payments can be placed in the outside drop box or mailed to the court office.

Parking, traffic and certain non-traffic matters payments can be made via NJMCdirect.com.

Hearings

The Greenwich Township Municipal Court hears the following cases:

  • Disorderly person offenses
  • Local ordinances
  • Petty disorderly person offenses
  • Traffic offenses

Sessions

Court sessions are generally held on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month beginning at 1 p.m. Please contact the Court Office for specific dates.
