         Housing Inspections are required for all resale and new tenant within the township. Applications are available at  the Construction Office.  Inspections are scheduled after application and fee is returned to the office.

        Property maintenance complaints can be registered with Will Durham, Ext. 214 or Kay Hewes.
           
          Construction Permits

        Township residents are reminded to call the Construction Office at 423-9129 ext. 210 before beginning any home repair or construction projects to determine what building, electrical or plumbing permits may be required.  The proper permit serves as protection against contractors who may not follow mandated laws promulgated for consumer protection and is also important for insurance purposes.
